STUDIO RESERVATION RENTAL:
Studio Space & Kitchen
$40/hour
2 hour minimum

2 6ft (72”) tables & chairs (2 per table)
2 8ft (96”) tables (3 per table)
Depost: non-refundable $50. Your reservation is not confirmed until Event Contract has been signed by both parties.
Decorations: You may decorate the room with freestanding decorations, tablecloths, banners, streamers, and signs. Any helium balloons must be securely weighted. Please do not use duct tape, scotch tape or staples on any surface.
Craft Party Options: listed below for additional cost.
Food: Outside food, cupcakes, snacks, and drink are welcome! We have a kitchen with a refrigerator and a sink available for your use during the time of your event, if needed.
Set up/Clean up: Room must be cleared by the end of your rental time
More Reservation Information
Each 2-hour event is designed for up to 12 participants aged 4 to 104 in the main floor studio space. We’ll do the shopping, set up all the supplies and tools. You and your friends show up and have fun creating! Equally wonderful, we’ll help with the cleanup.
All parties are two hours in length. While the main floor studio space can easily accommodate 25 or more people, there is only seating for 24 at the main work space tables. In order to allow an open seat between participants, so the room doesn’t feel crowded for space, and because time is limited with one staff member, the maximum party size is limited to 12 people. If staff is available, you may book two events concurrently provided only one of the events needs guided instruction.
The party host must make arrangements to have adequate adult supervision on hand. There must be at least one adult in attendance for every 6 children.

You are responsible for setting up and taking down decorations, as well as disposing of all garbage and recyclables in to provided receptacles.
Outside food, cupcakes, snacks, and drink are welcome! We have a kitchen with a refrigerator and a sink available for your use during the time of your event, if needed.
In order to secure your booking, return a deposit of $50 with your Event Contract. Your reservation is not confirmed until the Event Contract has been signed by both parties.
Please understand that it takes time and money to prepare for a party. The non-refundable fee covers costs to ensure your day of fun is yours, well planned, and runs smoothly. Please be prepared to pay for the balance due on the day of the event. We accept all major credit cards, check, and cash.
If you’d like, a gratuity or 10% or more, and/or a donation to Maxtivity could be added when paying. Thank you!
Party Options
Open Studio 2 Hours (ages 4 -104) self-guided 2 hours
You have access to the studio and all the supplies including markers, crayons, paper, glue, scissors, and stickers – especially fun for Tinkerers! Come create with glue, recyclables, odds & ends to your heart’s content. This is unstructured and open ended. *Staff onsite to help but no instruction is given.
$80 plus $10/person. Maximum of 12 participants.
Paint Your Own Ceramics (ages 4 -104) self-guided 2 hours
For Children we have lots to choose from: kitty, puppy, soap dish, toothbrush holder, unicorn, horse, truck, snack glass (subject to change)
For Adults Learn a technique or paint a bigger piece *Cost varies depending upon the project. Plates, mugs, seasonal decor, wine glasses, vases, tiles, bowls, pet dish, etc.
$20 a person Minimum of 5 people (or $100) Maximum of 12 people.
Sculptur-riffic! (ages 4 -104) 2 hours
You will love the one-of-a-kind hand created designs you walk away with. Polymer clay, paper clay, papier-mâché, or clay we fire in a kiln- there are options for everyone. Some sculpting has more wait time for things to dry and/or fire. If you are ok with that, then this party is for you! Polymer and modeling clay are a fit for you.
$100 plus $10/person for a pottery wheel class or $5/person for polymer clay
Private Class Party (ages 7+) 2 Hours
One art activity that is more in depth and requires instruction.

Limited only by your imagination! We are happy to help you create a unique party with your own inventive suggestions! Our incredible teachers + the supplies = your fun possibilities!
$25/person for Limited Instruction OR $30/person for a full Teacher-led Class or Workshop
